Why did this French water brand, Evian, create a baby Spider-Man dancing commercial?
Evian, a premium brand known worldwide for its natural spring water, sourced directly from the French Alps, doesn’t just sell water but also the idea that youth is about your attitude and state of mind, and not your age.
Their entire brand identity centres around their famous "Live Young" philosophy. So, in 2014, they teamed up with Sony Pictures ahead of the release of “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” and created this ad.
Based on the idea that if a superhero loaded with the weight of the world needs to connect with his inner child sometimes, so do you.
Between the flawless CGI, the incredible soundtrack, and Andrew Garfield's perfect physical acting, this ad made it to the internet history while helping them increase the sales.
